About Us

Ashanti Nana aims to help eradicate period poverty through the supply and distribution of eco-friendly reusable sanitary pads for menstruating youth, woman and those living with disabilities thus creating better living conditions for all.

We support the dedicated work by all those individuals and groups who work on the ground to help alleviate period poverty in vulnerable communities and refugee camps across the globe.

It is our belief that in order to solve period poverty issues we need to bring together Member States, NGOs, NPO’s, UN organisations, corporate businesses, faith and community groups and academics in order to find sustainable and practical long-term solutions to ending period poverty.

Ashanti Nana is committed to linking up with fellow NGO’s, NPO’s, international aid and relief fund organisations and any individual or corporate organisation who would like to get involved in helping us achieve universal access to sanitation, hygiene, menstrual products and health education in order to ensure that those in need of our reusable sanitary products and educational services have access to them.
